Oracle FLASHBACK TABLE - sample

널리 알려진 기능이지만 사용하는 방법 sample 입니다.
PC 내에 있는 scrpt 정리하다 삭제 전에 한번 올려 봅니다.
혹시 누군가에겐 필요할까 싶어서 ㅎㅎ
(절대 몇일 동안 oracle post가 없어 올리는 건 아닙니다. --;)
